Minimal yet thoughtful, our cedar tree incense selection comes from local design studio Fredericks & Mae, who are always dedicated to using the highest quality and ethically sourced material for their unique formations. Their bundle of cedar incense comes with 50 ropes, which can be bought with or without its recyclable paper container. The ropes are made in Tibet with a combination of essential oils and cedar and later packaged in Brooklyn.
Our collection of small bowls, plates, and matches to pair your cedar incense with are created by New York-based artists as well such as Workaday Handmade, MONDAYS, Hudson Beach Glass, and more. From handmade ceramic bowls to delicate glass ones, we have many options for you to choose from in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and textures. Learn more about our collection of designers.

INCENSE CEDAR
Our cedar incense is made with the wood of cedar trees. Sourced from the Himalayan region of Tibet, the wood is rolled in lokta paper to create delicate ropes. Unusual and meditative, you can light them in your homes as an incense alternative. We have a beautiful selection of hand-crafted small bowls and plates to rest them in, adding a peaceful arrangement to any room and making a perfect small but meaningful gift. To use, you simply lay your cedar rope flat on a bed of sand or ash, allowing it to burn safely and completely, ignite it, and let the calming smoke fill your space.
